Whether you have a sketch or just an idea, our expert design and development teams are here to assist you in discovering the ideal solution tailored for production. Our goal is to assemble the most efficient production plan while maintaining the highest quality standards to satisfy your needs. To achieve this, a dedicated team member will be assigned to collaborate closely with you on the project. Prototype
Utilizing the design from the previous step, or if provided with a master sample, we can produce a cast resin sample or a 3D printed model for your reference. This will also be used for color confirmation. If you have encountered any issues with previous production, our production engineer can offer suggestions for improvement to assist you.
Production
Upon confirmation of the prototype, the production phase commences, encompassing mold making, coloring, assembly, and quality assurance for your product. A final quality control test, including a shipping drop test of the carton packaging, will be conducted prior to final delivery to ensure the highest standards are met.
